In my opinion, there are certain key points to caregiving and these are: educating yourself about the illness of the person you are caring for, providing practical support for that person, and taking care of yourself.

 Focusing on these points can help you cope with the stress of caregiving and allow you to provide the best care possible.

Each situation is individual, and what worked for me may not necessarily work for you.
